Yeah, you read that right, I'll be quitting art.

For years now, I've found minimal joy in art, depending on other peoples praise to find my own art enjoyable and defining my worth by how much art I can make and how well, while the process and end product otherwise is just a bother, an un-enjoyable drag.

I won't stop being creative, I might pick up new creative hobbies such as writing or music, tough I might need a while of creating absolutely fuck-all, sorry if you followed for my art and no longer will see any.

Will I come back to it? idk, I might not, but that's irrelevant to me, if I never come back to it, that's ok, it no longer serves me, it isn't fun and its just a pain, and the mere thought of leaving art already feels freeing.

Yeah, sorry for those who enjoyed my art and looked forward to more! But this is what I need in my life to move on and be happy
