Yeah probably getting repetive now but I think I'll stop now commenting on my mental health.
It has severe ups and downs, some days I feel on top of the world and others I feel under it all, even when it makes no sense, such as having perfect days when i feel awful, or the worst days and I feel amazing.
For that reason, I will most likely stop making these text posts about my mental health here, As its giving a false idea of how I'm actually doing.
Not to mention, its better for me to refrain that for friends, myself, or theraphist/s.
